At Bosscards, we carefully pack and ship all orders to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. WE ONLY SHIP TO EUROPE!

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic orders: 1–3 business days

  • International orders: 5–14 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear

Packaging & Responsibility

All Pokémon cards and sealed products are shipped securely to prevent damage.
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Bosscards is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout

  • Bosscards is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
