Refund policy

At Bosscards, we strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following return policy applies:

Return Period

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions for Returns

A product is eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unopened (original seal fully intact)

  • The product is unused and undamaged

  • The product is in complete, original condition

  • All original packaging and contents are included

⚠️ Opened Pokémon cards, booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), boxes, or other sealed collectible products cannot be returned, due to the nature of collectible items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or damaged trading cards

  • Products with broken or tampered seals

  • Discounted or clearance items (if applicable)

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
